Commissioned by the Snow Leopard Conservancy in 1999, thia thangka depicts the "Valley of Harmony"(above) and the "Valley of conflicts"(below)with the aim of enhancing awarenessof Good Livestock Management practices for the benefit of Snow Leopard Conservation.

Posters were published and translated into 7 languages and taken to Himalayan communities to introduce these concepts as part of an educational project
